More candidates more fees!
I found myself constantly leaving voicemails for candidates which on paper were perfect for my role! I found this very frustrating as I wanted to get hold of them to sell them the dream and to beat my competitors in reaching them before me! So I came up with a very simple technique to try and get hold of these candidates which proved to be very successful!
As I was contacting candidates during working hours I started dedicating an hour to two hours a day chasing the candidates before working hours so as soon as I started work which was 8:30am to try and catch them before they started work. Plus dedicating an hour at least between 12pm – 2pm to chasing good candidates to try and catch them on their lunch breaks! Again using the Microsoft Outlook Calendar is a great tool to keep on top of this!
Did this work, you bet it did! I slowly found myself registering candidates I had been trying to get hold of for weeks. More candidates more opportunities to make Fees!!
